Duvet covers -show me yours! Need inspiration/recommendations

Hello lovely MN

I hope this ok posting in style and beauty. I have been given some birthday money and thought I would treat us to nice new bedding (duvet cover).

For context we have just moved house and our new home is a Victorian, grade 2. We have a big bedroom with light green walls.
I’ve only ever lived in new builds (which have been much warmer!) and so would like a bit of inspiration or recommendations on good bedding brands.

what would kind of cover would you go for? Or could you show me your covers? Or give me some ideas 😃im hoping to invest in some quality covers.

I've got this on ours. Sanderson are amazing quality, and wash really well.

I have green walls. My favourite bedding set is the white Egyptian cotton hotel bedding from dunelm. They're warm in the winter and cool in the summer. For colour I have a lovely burnt orange/terracotta set from habitat that have a linen look. I like earthy natural colours.

@CatOclock thank you. I actually have a terracotta bed cover too. I agree, earthy tones are lovely and very cosy.

I’ve had this set for nigh on a decade and it’s wonderful quality. I switch out the bedspread and cushions but my bedding is mostly white. I really rate The White Company pure linen stuff as well. Great time of year to put together a wish list and grab things in the sales!

We have a linen one from piglet in bed which is lovely.

Ours is plain green but they come in a. wide range of colours and some patterns.
