Facial fat transfer for hollow eyes

Hi, Has anyone tried facial fat transfer particularly for hollow upper eyelids? I'm booking a consultation with Dr Sorensen and would like to know about anyone's experience with this procedure and/or this Surgeon or another surgeon with expertise in this field. There's little information out there! Thank you 😊

I had a fat transfer from under my chin to my under eyes as part of a facelift and blepharoplasty some years ago. I loved the effect but be aware it doesn’t last for ever. You will eventually reabsorb the injected fat.

Thanks for your reply @AppleDumplingWithCustard . How long did the effects last? 5 years? Was it worth getting over fillers?

I would say two or three years so not that long. I don’t know anything about fillers for upper eyelids so can’t really advise you there.

Hi ya, I was thinking to do the same. Have you done the fat transfer with Sorensen? It is so hard to find a good surgeon. I don't think many do fat transfer often. Thank you.

I’ve had a fat transfer from him. It was ok if a bit conservative. However I have a fat lump which he had no interest in rectifying.

I still haven't done it yet.
