Best moisturiser for very dry patches around mouth/nose

Does anyone have any suggestions for a rich (and affordable) moisturiser that I can use on dry patches that have appeared around my nose and mouth? I’m 29 weeks pregnant and my skin has suddenly gone very dry but just in this area, I normally have normal/oily skin and my usual moisturiser is just the Nivea soft moisturising cream. I also double cleanse using the Cerave blemish prone cleanser, followed by the Byoma gel cleanser, and use a hyaluronic acid serum before moisturising.

I’ve been putting e45 on the dry patches for the time being as I don’t have anything else but I know I probably shouldn’t be using that as an actual moisturiser!

I would ditch the hyaluronic serum for a bit, as it can dry the skin.
E45 is great for dry skin, no reason you need to have a specific for faces. A lot of that is just a marketing ploy, if it's working for you I would carry on with that, but you might find you don't need it if you take a break from the hyaluronic acid

Eucerin Urea Repair Face Cream is a lifesaver. On offer for around £10 in Boots, a little goes a long way.
