What is this shape/style of handbag called? I'd quite like to buy something similar size & shape for myself. I'm hopeless with fashion stuff, does anyone have suggestions where I can buy something similar?

I’d call that a bowling bag. Google “leather bowling bag” and that should exclude bags for bowling gear from the search results!

Try vinted and you get one for under a tenner.

They are pretty awkward to carry but great cos you can stuff em full so great to take to meetings etc when you not walking about a lot. Or restaurant

It’s still called a grab bag even if it’s over sized, afaik. It’s the style not the size that determines it, I think.
