Winter boots for Christmas night out?!

I need something I can wear with black tights and a miniskirt. No heels, just stylish but practical black boots.
Keep looking at docs but so expensive, and I don't do the tall 8 hole pairs. Maybe shorter ones.
But still has to look good with a sequin miniskirt and plain top.
I've left this late to sort and I need something v soon!

I had the same issue! I’ve got some doc style boots but a bit more pretty from Zara.

Why black boots?

I heartily recommend silver ankle boots, which can be both dressy and workaday.

PaulRobinsonsSeventhWife · 08/12/2022 17:09

Velvet boots? Mock crock or patent boots?

Justkoko · 08/12/2022 17:55

Black boots because coloured skirt.

Something like these? I like M&S for boots

Reiker do boots that are similar to doc martens but cheaper.

Justkoko · 08/12/2022 19:09

Quite like those m and s boots @ThirdColdSinceSeptember

Even Primark will do chunky Chelsea boots I imagine

bippityboppity87 · 08/12/2022 23:42

I got these the other week and have worn them practically everyday! Really comfy/warm and go with most stuff

They're nice. the sole bouncy at all? I can only really wear trainers or something fairly soft and bouncy?

bippityboppity87 · 09/12/2022 18:25

I wouldn't say bouncy per se. But I've done a 9 hour shift on them (on my feet all day) and was perfectly comfortable if that's anything to go by! They're really smart looking too and good grip/hard wearing

bippityboppity87 · 09/12/2022 18:26

And my feet hate footwear 😂

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 09/12/2022 20:13

My daughter recently bought these and is really pleased with them and says they're very comfortable. They're also half price now.

Luana1 · 09/12/2022 22:59

Have a look at Moshulu, they do lots of styles of boots and are very comfy.
