Has anyone been asked by vinted to confirm their identity after they've sold a certain amount? I'm being asked to confirm my identity before they will release my latest funds from a sale as apparently i have reached the threshold. Any ideas?

I’ve sent my ID to Vinted for Mango pay to verify me and I’ve still not been allowed to withdraw a penny.

after asking my photo id and few transactions now they want my bank statement or letter from government in last 3 months upon asking why it’s needed I got a reply if you not provide it they money will not be released I asked for t&c reference no reply just if I don’t provide the document they will assume my issue with withheld money is resolved. Not seem right they only ask for these things when the money is with them and now that they have photo id and proof of address they can easily do identify fraud …. They are bullys

I’ve had the same issue with ID verification this year I’ve read the t+c and it says nothing about ID verification to withdraw money
