Fashion Show

Myself and other girls in our dance class are doing a fashion show at local community centre for charity and I am doing pyjamas ( the ones with shorts and tops as apparently I have nice legs). They come in lots of nice colours and there is some Xmas ones too so should be fun.
Should I wear some jewellery with the pyjamas or just keep it simple?
Also we don't get slippers so is it best just to go barefooted or wear something on my feet. We do a bit of dancing so no heels.

My first time so looking forward to it but slightly nervous. I am 18.😘

Aw that sounds lovely! I'd say no to jewellery. On your feet could you wear some nice socks, the ones with grippy soles so you don't slip?

Awww thanks for replying, I was giving up on anyone helping.
Do you think that kind of socks will look okay with pyjama shorts and nightie as I am doing lots of colours?
The other girls are doing leggings, jeans, etc so can wear there trainers but I obviously can't😄.
I could go barefeet with ankle chain and paint toes?
Not sure yet.

I think socks all wrinkled at your ankles would look nice.

Chattyamy18 · 04/12/2022 18:09

Like long socks but pull them down to my ankles?

No jewellery and I like the socks idea

We having a practice at 7pm to try on costumes as the football is on so can try socks to see if that's okay.
Thank

I say glam it up and ham it up! Do the bare feet, varnished toenails and the jewellery. It’s a fashion show so it’s supposed to be a bit frivolous: you don’t have to look as if you are actually going to bed.

Scrunched down socks but preferably with grips on so you don’t slip.
I would probably stick a sleep mask on my forehead and carry a teddy too

Thanks for some good ideas and I may take a teddy 😀for a few outfits which have fun characters on them
Had a rehearsal last night and not allowed socks as it not part of the pyjama outfit and with doing a bit of dancing I could slip so it has to be barefeet😒and also keeping on last pair of pyjamas shorts ( Xmas ones) to help at the stall and let people see them close up.
Wish me luck as we sold out and probably doing another one
