Best Bra for saggy boobs

My boobs are now officially spaniels ears - 36C size and completely deflated at 45 years old. Can anyone recommend a bra that makes them look more pert? 😂

Panache envy.

Please make sure your bra size is correct most women wear the wrong size and it massively effects the look and comfort when you get the right size.

A good rule of thumb (to start with anyway) is your clothes size plus 20 to get the right band. So going by your bra size you'd be a 16?

Different bra shapes also make a huge difference, bottom heavy usually look good in a balconette style but avoid plunge and they'll be gappy which can lead to fall out

As @fatsinglereadytomingle said, make sure you are in the right size.
I think the Freya Deco t shirt bra is shaping and supportive.

This bra is brilliant

I'm a 36 back at a size 20/22 so it depends whether you're wearing the correct size as to which bra will suit you best

I like a balcony style bra. I find them more supportive and perky. The panach fantasie range is good and you can get good deals on bras too. You dont get the cleavage though.

As others have said get the right size. It’s important to go to a good bra fitter. Bravissimo are good. M’&S are shocking. The most common mistake is to go too high in the ribcage and too low in the cup. If for example you regularly wear a 34C try a 32D instead. I bet it fits better. It should be tight on the loosest setting as the bra gets old and stretches you can go in on the setting ensuring decent support for longer.

just realised you put your size in. Try a 34D or even a 32DD. Most size 12 people are a 32. Unless you have a perticularly wide ribcage not many are a 36.

As pp have said you are probably smaller in the back and bigger in the cup than you think. Have a look at Boob or Bust or get fitted. It will make such a difference.

This is the only bra I wear.

I used to work in v v posh bra shop in London and these were so popular.

I get the balcony version tho, not the full cup.
This doesn't mean spilling out, just a bit more up and front. The seams go diagonally across the cup.

Great strap support too.

eBay or independent online shops are your friend.

I wear 32e. My top size is 12.

Dress size for me would be bigger cos of hips.

I love that bra, got 4 of them 😊

Does anyone have any advice regarding bras for the elderly? My mother is 97 years old and I need to get her new bras. She's sadly in a nursing home with dementia (and I'm not getting any constructive help from the home) and I can't take her to be measured. Her 'old' bras no longer fit her and they seem to be uncomfortable. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
