is there a 'best' eyeshadow/pencil colour for someone? based on their eye colour and skin tone i mean?

e.g. i have brown hair and green eyes

am planning to get some glitzy eye make up (a la barry m dazzle dust)

umm-ing and ahh-ing about colours

have it in my head that i shoudl be goign for something opposite my eye colour on the colour spectrum to accentuate them

so - green eyes = purple?

or am i talking bolleaux?

i am crap at this too tutter and never know what colour to get, so cant help you - I'd have you looking like Dame Edna if i advised you!

use browns and purples for green eyes as it brings out the colour.

obviously the shade and tone of the brown/purple will depend on what your wearing and the tone of your skin

i have the almay i-colour eyeshadow set, you pick the set that matches your eye colour (iykwim) all the colours look really nice together, i have brown eyes and find it really hard too.
