Anyone know any good shops that stock shoes for mammoth feet?

I'm tired of being looked up and down by shoe shop assistants as if I were a circus spectacle.

I have big feet too so know exactly what you mean. I love LK Bennett, the shoes fit really well (I am size 42) and are always comfortable, even the pointy toed high heeled girly ones.
