Feeling a bit sad - what to wear to downgraded work Xmas do?

I only ever get properly dressed up for our work Christmas do which is usually a fairly posh affair and I love it.

However due to popular demand it has changed to a much more casual event. We're working in the morning then going bowling in the afternoon followed by a meal in a relatively nice place then drinks in an old man's pub, all needing a fair amount of walking to get to.

I mainly work with men in their 20s, they'll be in jeans, tshirts and trainers I'm sure.

I've resigned myself to jeans and chunky boots but want a more special top that won't look out of place at work and in a bowling alley! Any such thing?

I always think for this time of year you can't go wrong with a black sparkly sheer batwing top with a little strappy top underneath. Looks lovely for all ages/shapes and sizes. Maybe add long earrings or a chunky long pendant (not both). Make sure you're comfy - and enjoy your party!
