Help me! Need something to use in new tote bag..

Any help appreciated! I've just bought myself a nice tote bag from m&s, pleased with it on the whole BUT there's no pocket inside for a purse or anything? Not sure if I should return it, or is there something I can buy like a zip up attachable pouch? I should have noticed before I bought it but wrongly assumed every bag had a little zip pocket inside 🤔

Those bags are a pickpocket’s dream.

Get a nappy safety pin (the sort that locks shut) and pin it into the side seam at the bottom. Then tie a piece of elastic to that and then tie that onto a little pouch bag or a very plain little bag like the Lily Clutch from Mia Tui which has bits to clip onto, or you could buy their matching wrist strap to pin in

Ahhh I think some posters are probably right, I should return it I suppose 😏I was hoping for a simple solution, but if it's not suitable there's no point! Shame, I really love the bag.. thanks all.

I have a couple of zip up handbag inner pouches that I use. They're like a sponge bag size so too big for someone to take from your bag without you seeing because the bag would have to be open to get it out. They've got small compartments for lipstick etc and a bigger one for purse and phone. Then I can just move the pouch to another bag without having to fish everything from the bottom of my bag. I'm sure one of them came from Mia Tui, the other was from a company who just did handbag organiser pouches.
