First day at new job - outfit

I start my new job on Monday. I will be mainly working from home, however, I have been asked to go into the office Monday to collect my IT and do induction bits etc.
Advice on day 1 wear, want to make a great impression, but no idea what their usual workwear is.
it is a non governmental public body if that helps.

If you like dresses, how about a shirt dress, tights and boots? Or trousers, a colourful top and a jacket?

I would wear either a dress and blazer, or black trousers and a nice top (maybe with the blazer too), and formal-ish flats or boots
