I thought I'd get away with opting for an early night (ie Georgette Heyer and hotel bathrobe) but the consensus is dd must stay up and be cooed over.
I would dig out an old faithful dress and just strip to feed back in the room but the noise etc will ensure grumpiness hence high likelihood of having to feed her in a corner.
I have:
- long silk ball dresses with spaghetti, halter and conventional-v necks.
- strapless dresses
- wedding-guest type day-to-evening ish dresses.
- a lbd that is too short and too tight but makes my norks look fabulous.
- a long clingy black dress stretchy enough to feed in that is not flattering to postnatal thighs.
- wraps and pashminas sufficient to sink a battleship
- no evening trous
- no seperates
- no time or money to shop
the bedroom looks like a jumble sale...
