Accessories for green dress

Hi all. I have bought this dark green dress for a Xmas evening do. I am late 40's with dark brown hair: can anyone suggest any Jewellrey or a clutch bag to make this pop? Would gold be a good colour choice? I have a budget of £100 ish. Thanks

I have worn a few evening dresses in the same colour, I also have dark brown hair. I’ve teamed them with gold heels/bag/jewellery before but only because silver just doesn’t suit me as much.

Any other peacock colours would be lovely with that. Also, for a proper contrast how about burnt orange? I’ve also seen that colour styled well with leopard print (depends if you love or hate it though).

Glad everyone thinks gold is good. I was looking at a peacock clutch bag earlier 🙂. Not sure I could pull off the orange but will take a look. Should I get a pendant necklace of some kind so you think and long earrings?
