Recommend me a nice make up remover (that works)

I have up to £30 to spend on myself on a make up remover. I'm fed up of biodegradable wipes they don't take my mascara off and end up with sore eyes from scrubbing (and I don't even wear waterproof mascara).
I'm not very skincare savvy - but could a cleansing oil/milk balm work?

Clinique Cleansing oil is super efficient at removing make up & so is the cleansing balm.

Another vote for Elemis pro collagen cleanser.
I use their day and night cream too and facial oil .
my skin has NEVER looked as good - even in my youth !

I prefer not to use anything that involves wetting my face first, or washing my face, or anything that involves tying my hair up first and requires a basin. So, micellar water and cotton pads or reusable pads for me. I find it takes two goes and sometimes I'll do it again in the morning before serum/moisturiser.

The Lancôme biphase cleanser irritated my eyes to shit.

I use Garnier Micellar water with the pink lid to get the make up off and a hot cloth cleanser like Superdrug radiant or Vit E to actually clean my face.

No need to spend a fortune on cleanser in my opinion - it's only on your skin for moments

Emma Hardie moringa cleanser balm is the best of the luxe cleansers if you want to drop some serious money. It smells wonderful ( but doesn't clean any better than the Superdrug £3.50 one.)

Clinique take the day off is an absolute eye-burner! I do not recommend.
