Those who know about raincoats.. are these any good?

I've seen these and they're so beautiful!

But for that price I want it to be properly warm and waterproof - does anyone know what I should be looking for? There's various figures after the water resistant, breathable etc but I think I'm just being swayed by the style!

You could order one, but I suspect you'd need to return it to Latvia if it didn't fit or meet your expectations

They don't mention anything about seam finishes (welded or taped) which is the most important for keeping water out. 10,0000mm is on the low side for protection. Basically it'll keep you dry until you can scurry of to somewhere dry. If it's just for doing a quick dash here and there it'll keep you comfortably dry, if you're doing a long daily commute on bike or foot there's better options out there.
