Smart casual for a 10 year old girl

What would your 10 year old DD wear to something that should be smarter than a basic t-shirt but not overly formal?

no frills, no puffy sleeves and no polyester.

Not sure what you want to put on bottom half with it but my gd would wear this in winter with a cord mini skirt and tights or shorts and tights. Same age. This one’s Zara.

Thanks, she has said she would be happy to try it so we've ordered her one! She would wear trousers or jeans with it as she won't wear skirts.
