Can you stretch out a suede ankle boot to make it bigger?

I bought these on ebay but they are quite snug (maybe a half size too small). Do I take them to Timpson or is it really impossible to make bigger?

Yes - for width anyway.

If they're too narrow, wear them in the house for a bit and they'll probably 'give' a bit.
