Can you dress me for a ball please?!

I have nothing to wear. Or more truthfully, nothing to wear that fits me.

I'm 5' 4" and probably a size 14 below and 16 on top. Trousers tend to suit me better so I was thinking a glittery trouser suit type thing - dress code is black tie. Would trousers be ok?

Budget = up to £200?

Not glittery, but you could pair this amazing jacket with some stylish slim/pegged black trousers and sharp heels? (and yes, a great trouser suit is absolutely suitable for black tie and more women should dress like this)

I think to be on the safe side you should look at photos of the event previously and/or contact the organiser before wearing trousers
