I have completely knackered my hair

It’s a disaster. Over bleached and straw like. Repelling water so I need moisture, moisture.
Any ideas of what I can do to help it aside from chop it all off?

A good chop will definitely help. Can you book in at the hairdressers?

Can you look at olaplex at home?

Cantu leave in conditioner in the big pot. Fab stuff. Use normal conditioner in the shower and then slather on loads of that afterwards and leave it. Really restores hair.

I'll second the Cantu conditioner mask. You could co-wash with it and stop with shampoo altogether if your hair is that bad. Shampoo dries the hair and scalp pout

I use Kerastase repair (the dark green one) for deeply damaged hair as mine hates ny normal ones. Also Phillip Kingsley Eleasticizer has massively helped, I have fine hair which hates olaplex as it's too heavy.

Ah thank you. It was the bloody hairdresser rhat knackered it. So not keen to go back to have it hacked off. I think it’s the last time I’m going to bleach it though. I’m going to embrace the grey.
