Any hairdressers around?

I had my hair cut 10 days ago. I am growing it and it's at a difficult length between my ears and neck. This haircut I asked for the minimum to be taken off but for it to be thinned out. I have thin hair but a lot of it.

I have used my hairdresser for 10 years without any issue however, I'm not sure what she's done this time as my hair seems to have split through the layers so rather than my usual fairly sleek hair, it looks like I have scruffy, dry split ends.

I have bought a conditioning treatment so my hair does look a bit better this morning after using it last night but will my hair recover or has she knackered it?

I'll happily invest in a good treatment if you can recommend anything that might help. The one I have is just an Aussie 3 minute one. I use their shampoo and conditioner too.
