Short wellies like Chelsea boots

I need something to be Waterproof for walking dog but not full on welly and quite fancy some that look like Chelsea boots. Found a pair on Vinted from m and a but not sure on sizing. Are they like wellies where I wear a half size to full size smaller ? Amy other places? Loads on Amazon but again not sure of sizing. I don't want to spend much either hence Vinted checks !

I tried Joules ones and sent them back as they came up really small.

Recently got a pair from matalan and so far so good

I bought a pair of Barbour short wellies. They are SO comfortable. My first walk was 9 miles along muddy paths, sand, pebbles and road. No rubbing. My friend commented on how much she likes the look of them. Bought them 2 weeks ago.

My DIL has some short Hunter wellies that are exactly what you describe.

Very happy with the short rubber boots I got in the whistles sale - olive or navy Chelsea boot style

Asda have them. Wear usual size.

Am now thinking I need various colours and may wear them all winter! @AnyFucker still love your username !

Merry People- pretty colours
I am hoping I receive a pair of Merry People boots.
Mine will be used for gardening and pottering in the shed
