Re-modelling inherited jewellery

I have a heavy 18ct wedding ring that I would love to have re made in to something I could wear.

Could anyone recommend anyone in the Midlands area who would do this please?

I've never been to the jewellery quarter and have heard very mixed views of it. The ring is very precious to me and I'm wary of risking it with anyone tbh

It can be bit hit and miss admittedly -if you do decide to go try GH Moore, they're very good (and I'd trust them with sentimental jewellery)
