So I'm sitting here doing some admin (looking at Mumsnet really) with a hair mask on. I've taken to using them to help try to take the frizz. I've wetter my hair, applied the hair mask (liberally for fine hair) and donned a shower cap.
I'm going to wash it off after an hour. This is a pre shampoo one. I was just wondering if it's necessary to wait that long. How long should I wait? I know some use them overnight but they start to annoy me after a bit.
What's the benefit of leaving on for a long time?
