There's a lovely bespoke Jewellery shop I go to in Cyprus which is owned by an English lady called Gemma. She makes a bracelet very similar to this. She would be able to swap the heart charm for a pearl and I think she is shipping to the Uk again, although she wasn't for a while so you would have to message her to check. It's best to contact her through her facebook page. She only uses solid sterling silver or 9ct gold so definitely good quality jewellery.
