ultra-light but stylish looking laptop backpack or satchel

Looking for something very light to use to 'stylishly' take my laptop into office.

Currently using a leather tote but its

1. too heavy;
2. not secure anyone can get their hand in on the train / tube

Longchamp Le Pliage. Super light, waterproof and full zip on the tote bag. Folds up when you're not using it. Thunk they do a backpack too.

I’ve been oscillating through various work bags, in the quest to find the right one. So far, my lovely but very heavy leather backpack is out of the running. A lighter but slightly difficult to get into Hersche backpack is in second place.

Next time I go into the office I’m going to try my Le Pliage tote, as it’s very light, zips up nicely and doesn’t have clunky straps to get in the way. I got it into my head that I need to be using a backpack, but as my laptop is light and small, and I don’t carry much else (card holder, keys, phone and a few other small items), hopefully it won’t be too heavy on my shoulder.

I love my Ruka bag. Not certain how light it is, but surely lighter than a leather tote. Zips then magnet closure over the zip.

I also have a Roka and they're greet. Super comfortable to wear and look really good too.

I find a laptop tricky in a le Pliage - it fits but doesn't sit well with anything much else in the bag. I don't think their backpacks would fit a laptop.

I've got a plain black Sweaty Betty backpack. Looks quite stylish, although I wish it had a few more pockets.

I love my le pliage for work, can fit a load of other stuff in too.
