Can you wear a scarf over a roll neck thick jumper?

I'm looking overly black with a thick black roll neck and coated black leggings. How can I add some colour to my look other than earrings? I should add I have thick black hair too!

I might wear a big wrap scarf over, gold earrings, bracelets etc. Or a tan leather jacket/green trench coat.

I would like to wear it at work though, is there anything I could wear instead to break it up.

Problem is my black roll neck is the only thing flattering with these leather look leggings. Any other colour makes me look huge
