I have long hair with a medium curl which I used to dry straight with a round brush. I bought the airwrap when it first came out mainly for the round brush and was so disappointed, the air blasts out in every direction and I end up with major frizz.
The soft smoothing brush was a game changer though, the bristles pivot to direct the air along the hair shaft and it does a great job.
The new version of this brush also has the coanda effect so in theory should be even better. I don't suppose anyone has been able to compare old with new and can tell me how it is? It's £30 to buy just the new brush, not bad if I'll notice a difference.
Really I want them to put the coanda on the round brush, maybe that'll come next.
