Best winter candle - no cinnamon!

I'm not sure if this is style and beauty so apologies in advance. I thought candles might be "style".

What is your favourite winter candle that doesn't smell cinnamony? I can't stand the cinnamony smell. I had one from Diptyque last year called Flocon (I think it was) which I loved, but it was limited edition. I don't like their fireplace one as its too smokey and actually smells like a fire.

Any ideas?

White Company do a lovely Fir one. It smells of real pine forests and fresh frosty air, not cheap pine cleaning fluid. I always burn that at Christmas.

Last year i got given a yankee candle, letters to santa, that was gorgeous.

Bougie Boujees - Gilt. Smells like gold would if gold had a smell. Subtle and complex. I’m in love with it.

Diptyque Feu de Bois. It is absolutely divine.,

Unexpectedly, Sainsbury's had some lovely HABITAT candles in - you'll definitely find one there that won't break the bank. They burn quite cleanly too. And some have matching oil and stick thingies!

That one smelt too much like an actual fire for my liking. I've just noticed they've bought out their Xmas candles though!

Ooh that's great! I might be able to get some help to get to sainsburys as my sister goes there shopping. Thanks I always forget they do homeward because the one near me is tiny and just sells the occasional saucepan.
