Help me find evening dress size 20

I am attending a very high end black tie event for work in the next 10 days.

I’m mid-40s, currently huge (size 20), 5 ft 7/8. Huge bust.

My budget is 200 or so due to other massive costs at present.

Will also need comfortable shoes that aren’t trainers or boots! I don’t really do heels except but will have to I guess.

Ideal shape for me would be long length, nipped in waist but flowing skirt, wrap top bust. Arms are enormous so some sort of sleeve eg chiffon would be great.

Nothing patterned. I would probably suit navy/purple/dark green/black/gold.

The bombshell navy dress above is really stunning. Gorgeous colour and fits all the OP's criteria. Well worth the money I'd say.
