Fashion Company Interview

If you had an interview at a very well known fashion company what would you wear?

My role wouldn't be fashion but a support function (think HR) the company isn't expensive more mid range (think Next)

Would you wear something from their collection?

It's a "young" brand and I am 32 slim size 10 always worked in corporate style offices....

Looking to spend say £50-150ish have lots of shoes and boots....

Not a fashionista but I have worked at a higher end high street fashion head office. The women there were hugely competitive wearing the latest items (obviously there was a large discount but they weren't in high paying roles). A friend works for a company that does couture and says many of the women are in huge credit card debt trying to keep up with each other. My friend just wears black head to toe every day and keeps out of it.

If it were me I'd go down the simple classic black outfit line, especially as a non creative.

I can imagine.... slippery slope!

I work for a clothing company, anyone who wears our brand for interviews gets extra points, so yes, well worth doing to show you'll be a good culture fit.
