Has anyone used Look Incredible for fragrance/beauty?

I have just paid over £70 for perfume - a gift for my daughter - and only read the reviews of this company (Look Incredible) afterwards. I feel sick. Trust Pilot has dozens of poor reviews and the positive reviews all read as if they were written by the same person and seem a bit unbelievable.
Please tell me you've used this company and were happy with the transaction. £70 is a lot of money to me. I feel so stupid for not reading reviews beforehand. I thought I was buying from Look Fantastic which I've had great experiences with. The poor reviews say half-used products have been sent, there are accusations that goods are fake, or 'bad batches' (eg. perfumes that have no staying power.

Yes! I did the same ie buy from them when I thought it was look fantastic. I bought a Hermes perfume that wasn't as listed. When I called to complain - it sounded like I was calling someone at home. They tried to convince me it was the same, it was a completely different scent. Had to send them photos and chase them. In the end I got my money back. Never again!

Thanks for replying. Do you mind telling me in what was way was it not 'as listed'? I started to feel suspicious when the paypal confirmation email said 'you've sent a payment to LookIncredible.co.uk ([email protected]) and thought Adam@Smartzprice doesn't sound very bona fide. The positive reviews that all sound the same (eg describing product/service as "topnotch" just doesn't ring true. I'm hoping that using Paypal to pay might help. Otherwise, I guess it's straight to Trading Standards. The budget for daughter's present is £100. I feel sick that I may have been scammed out of £70 of that.

The Hermes perfume I bought (and listed on website) you wasn't the scent I got. At first I thought it was fake but I gave them the benefit of the doubt after some Googling and finding that Hermes actually did the scent I got. They tried to convince me it was the same, but the smell was entirely different and I did not back down. I basically called and emailed every day !

Avoid this company at all costs and it has been an expensive lesson, I ordered some moisture cream early October it never arrived they claim it was delivered correctly and they say that it has been confirmed by the post office, which completely contradicts what the post office confirmed to me in writing. The customer service as unhelpful Rude and arrogant they never pick up the phone even after holding on for over an hour.

Bought perfume spray for my daughter before Christmas. She didn't open it at the time but when she did the item was clearly faulty as the spray wouldn't work because the pick up pipe was detached from the spray button. Contacted Look Incredible who said as more than 24 hours had elapsed since receipt they wouldn't do anything. So I'm £55+ down for nothing. Avoid this company at all costs & use a reputable one.

Ordered over a week ago,just had a message saying I am getting a refund,its been lost in.post,don't know how they would know that unless I reported not receiving it,said they have no more stick!probably did not have it in the first place@

I got the same message giving me a royal mail ref which doesnt work and telling me my parcel got lost but said that it would show they never collected it but they trying to say this is where it went missing and the item is now out of stock so theyve issued a refund apparently all on 19th december useless scamming fucks.

I ordered perfume nearly £100 and they sent me a £1.75 body lotion nivea,after no answers from emails made a claim through PayPal and got refund,don't use!

Avoid Lookincredible site. I ordered perfume from them and it has not been delivered yet . It’s like 3 months now. The site is not legit

Look at the reviews and approach with caution, No actually do not approach at all! They should be bright yellow like one of those deadly Amazonian frogs to ward people off. If I was to speculate I would say looking at their business practices they are in Dire straits, which is ironic as they want 'money for nothing', your money! They are tip toeing in the edge of legality and trading standards law by holding people's money for as long as possible with nothing in return. Like a builder who demands paying up front, lays 10 bricks and never returns but in court months later he says "come on, I started the job and had every intention of finishing it". Do yourself a favour and take your money to Boots or John Lewis etc, at least you know they won't rinse you and you can actually speak with them and get civil professional cooperation.

Yeah scammers company is closed but the website is still accepting orders, just been able to take the purchase to my bank to chase a refund. Lots of similar reviews online, amazing this can be happening in this day and age, report them wherever you can for fraud

Try through your bank you are being fobbed off. A faulty product must be refunded or replaced

I ordered once got millions gift set,bottle was smashed to smithereens,the box looked like it come from a building site.Outside box was perfect,so presume been sent like that! After pictures a lot of things and throwing,got refund.Parfumdreams is cheapest,arrives in about 3 days,free postage,has certificate of authenticity if u google it,great price,always look for code at the top of the page, they always do a code that's what brings the price down.Great products!

I got scammed by Look Incredible recently. I paid over £60 for face cream which didn't arrive. I contacted them and they gushed apologies and said they would refund me - they didn't. I looked up the name of their company at Companies House which said they were dissolved in Februay 2024. I also think the positive reviews are bogus, I am sure the negative ones are not. Do not spend your money with them,
