Bimba y Lola DO NOT BUY!!!!

DO NOT BUY!!I loved these trainers and have worn them 12-15 times over the course of 3 months. However the seam spilt and they went from looking new to ragged, damaged and awful overnight. The Bimba y Lola customer service team immediately dismissed my complaint and then left emails unanswered. A complete rip off not worth £160. So disappointed

My veja ones have a similar tear after fewer than 12 wears!

They can't fob you off. Legally the shoes are not fit for purpose as you have worn them for less than 3 months.Don't give up,they really should refund you or at least offer you an exchange of the same value or a credit note .Can you take them back to one of their shops?

I always go to Twitter if I have a bad experience with customer services. Soon seems to get resolved!
