Is it necessary to use a seperate foot cream?

I am using CSCS on the advice of a podiatrist and it is good but I use E45 cream for my body and don't know if that would suffice to save buying an extra product. Are foot creams really necessary?

What's in CSCS cream?

I think foot creams often have urea in them. It tends to weaken fingernails if you use it as hand cream. E45 is great for moisturizing.

E45 is good for body but it wouldn't touch my hooves. I like CCS (used it for years) but my podiatrist has recommended Gehwol salve (comes in cream form also which is less intense) and I love it. My feet have never looked, felt or smelt better! The tube, being metal, is also easier to use /extract remnants from without needing to cut it.
