Best Duvet and Springy Pillow Suggestions Please.

Sick of my cheapo pillows going flat and freezing under my 13.5 tog cheapo duvet.
Will splash out for decent pillows and quilt, but have no idea where to look for any other than my nearest argos/asda.
Any recommendations most welcome.

Debenhams, John Lewis, The White Company (sale's still on I think) ... can't think of any others!

I got a lovely orthapedic pillow from NEXT (well 2 actually) was only £7 and it doesnt go flat. it has a nice firm bit inside. I have recommended to my friends and they have all bought them and are happy. hth
