Outfit inspiration for boozy lunches!

Ive been invited to a few weekend celebration afternoon teas/fancy lunches with different groups of mums, I have no idea what to wear as I spend my life in casual jeans and jumpers or boring work wear or I have some dresses that are too dressy (more for weddings).

Im a size 10 and 5’4” so anything too loose or fashionably oversize just swamps me.

Does anyone have any good inspiration for more smart than casual autumn day outfits?

I'm a similar size and tend to wear similar stuff!

I like a more casual dress with either trainers or chunky boots. I've got a couple of nice ones from Nobody's Child.

Ive been trying to find a casual dress but so many of the floral prints or puff sleeves feel so frumpy on me, they look lovely on the 5’10” models!

Also what shoes are people wearing with casual dresses? Are chelsea boots a no these days?! Chunky brogues just seem unflattering so Im stuck with what to go with dresses that arent high heels
