Comfy joggers/ harem style pants for travel?

Has anyone got any recommendations for any comfy joggers/ harem style pants for a plane journey. I'd like to look fairly stylish (not scruffy joggers!) but would like them to be loose and comfortable for a longish plane journey.

Hush does a lovely comfortable pair of harem pants that I’d recommend for plane travel:

I have the hush ones. Lovely for travel, and lovely for working from home!

Mercurial123 · 27/09/2022 16:03

Bamboo clothing have a good selection they are more flattering than the hush harems.

Gevrgrgrtv · 27/09/2022 16:04

I get mine from next
I just love them so so so comfy and cheap and look really good on?

I can second these, I wear them for work and are so comfortable!

I've got loads of the Next ones, they're really comfortable!

Another vote for the Hush harems, they're great for travelling

rachll · 27/09/2022 19:55

Thanks everyone- lots of votes for Hush and Next, so I'll give those a trySmile

M&S have some excellent wide-legged super comfortable soft trousers.

Hush joggers bobble. Why not just get some Nike. They cost more but the fabric is amazing. They have loads of casual wear joggers that are much cooler looking than hush or next

rachll · 27/09/2022 21:01

Ooh thanks for the heads up about bobbling @deedledeedledum - it's one of my pet hates!

I jumped on the MN bandwagon with the Hush harems a couple of years ago. The quality wasn't good and they didn't look good on me. I wouldn't go out in them.

moominda · 28/09/2022 06:16

Hush are more harem-ey, mine haven't bobbled but the material of the blue is thinner than the black. But for everyday stuff I'd probably do next next time

Icedlatteplease · 28/09/2022 07:15

The next joggers are fab. They wash and wear beautifully

Pegasushaswings · 28/09/2022 07:19

They aren’t joggers but what about the Lucy and Yak Alexa pants? They fit like a jogger with a wide waistband and roll up at the ankle.

WalkingOnSonshine · 28/09/2022 07:24

I bought the plush joggers from Zara for the exact same reason.

The Hush and Next ones were too thin, I wanted something thicker.

I’ve already worn them out on the school run with a bomber jacket and trainers, so feel like they are acceptable to wear out!

The next ones are really comfy. I have a couple of pairs

BorisJohnsonsHair · 28/09/2022 09:09

these from fatface are lovely.

PosiePerkinPootleFlump · 28/09/2022 09:11

I have both Hush and bamboo clothing ones. The Bamboo ones still look great. The Hush ones look like a dishcloth. I've worn them about the same amount

I have these in navy and black, I love that you can wear them with converse but I’ve worn them with wedges to dress them up too. So comfy for travelling and the material is really soft. I’d definitely go down a size with them as they are generous at the waist.

Cheeselog · 28/09/2022 09:31

Thought ones are nice. I have these www.wearethought.com/collections/womens-joggers/products/emerson-tie-waist-bamboo-jersey-joggers-navy in navy and grey, they also do them in black and patterned.

rachll · 28/09/2022 16:43

Thanks for all the suggestions. I think I now vaguely remember everyone raving about the Hush ones on here a couple of years ago, but it seems the quality isn't the same now judging by most responses - so irritating when retailers do this 😫

I'm after something thin and light for travelling (as it will be hot at my holiday destination), but think I'll also take up some of your suggestions for thicker ones for the school run once I'm back home!

I agree about Hush joggers looking like dishrags - they lasted about two washes.

I have these Uniqlo ones and practically live in them. I really didn't want cuffed ones so I was are happy to find them. They are on the thicker side though
