Botox that doesn’t freeze forehead movement? London recommendations please

I’m 45 and my 11s are starting to appear. I’m considering botox but don’t want the noticeable frozen, shiny appearance. I’d like some movement. Please could you share your experiences of having this done and a practitioner in or around London? Thank you!

I don't have my forehead injected, I have 2 areas done, frown lines and crows feet. My forehead still has movement so I don't have the frozen look.

Try and get a recommendation from someone, ideally a nurse/doctor or dentist rather than a beautician. Look at examples of their work and go for a consultation before you commit. Avoid the large chains, i.e SKIN clinics, I found them expensive and not particularly good!

It’s just a case of having a lower dose of Botox to ensure the muscle Is just slightly relaxed and not frozen.

Your forehead shouldn't freeze if you are having Botox for 11s as they are separate areas.

I've been to a couple of the Therapie clinics in London. Not convinced it lasts as long as a Harley Street practitioner but that's not necessarily a bad thing for a first timer.
