What do you think of these Shoes for work ?

I am a technician in school and on my feet all day looking for the comfy ear with a dress or trousers shoe.

Looking at these as I'm 5ft so love the height

Personally I'd go for the classic, I had them back in my teenager working in retail & McDonald's days & they are very comfy

I'm 5ft too and on my feet in a shop all day. I bought the classic DMs thinking exactly the same as you! Unfortunately my feet are wide and they are not quite wide enough. V comfy otherwise but I can't wear them. I need something comfy from the start not something that might become wider as they get worn in! So if you're a size 4 with normal feet and would like to buy a worn once pair, let me know!

I like both, if you want the extra height I'd definitely go with the first ones.

I have platform ones and love them. Take a bit of breaking in though as all DMs do IME.
