in the town, I would say no tbh.
in the hills, fair enough

I'd buy it, North Face is a good brand. Mind you I'd need it to walk the dog 3 times a day.

Bumping for evening crowd, maybe more info is required as well.
I live in very rainy Scotland and like a good walk, I am currently wearing a nice waterproof Regatta which is 2 sizes too big (bought it to wear when pregnant cos I walked a lot then too).
I need something waterproof, with a hood and which is quite lightweight (can get a bit warm with all the walking).
Looking for something hopefully fitted (if it exists)
