Need a killer dress for party

Help! I've been invited to a 40th party in 2 weeks' time and I don't have a clue what to wear! It's in a marquee for 200 people so will be like a wedding I presume. MN has helped me out before with outfit suggestions so I'm back again for help!
I'm size 8 but I've got a scrawny chest so I don't want anything too low cut or spaghetti straps. I'm blonde and fair skinned so I suit more blues and cool colours more than strong or earthy tones. I've looked everywhere on the high street and online but no joy. Budget is about up to £250 but hoping not to spend that much. Thanks!

@Ikeameatballs thanks. I think I like the second dress you linked-the All Saints one though it might be too low. I also should have said I think I want a midi or maxi length dress and nothing short.
I'm going into town at the weekend so I'm going to try that All Saints dress.

Me in it dogdays- not all buttoned up - if any help! I think with heels and maybe a proper belt rather than the tie it comes with it could look great for a party that doesn’t require a full on glam party dress.
