Can you recommend a nail strengthener that works?

Just wondering if there is a nail strengthener that actually works?

I do gel nails and my nails grow but as soon as I take the gel polish off my nails break.

Any idea what actually works?

My nails are generally terrible. The only way I can get them to grow without them breaking or flaking is by using dip powder colour.
They grow really well and stay good even if I don’t get it done again for a while.
