Do you have a capsule wardrobe type set up with various trousers/tops/jackets that you mix?

Im starting a new job and want to buy some separates but make it very easy for myself. No ironing and everything to coordinate would be my ideal.

I do. I only go into the office 2/3 days a week, so have a couple of skirts, black trousers and a few different tops and shoes and just mix and match them.

knee length black pencil skirt
faux leather tan pencil skirt
black trousers
shirts: white, navy, black
a few jumpers& short sleeved tops/
black cardie
black blazer
mid high black shoes
trainers: black, white
knee high boots

very easy to pick an outfit
