More tights

Tell me, oh wise ones, about the tights I need for this dress.

It's navy silk and SHORT. Shorter, probably than I ought to wear now I'm, erm, 44. I think I can get away with it if I wear my suede (black) boots that go pretty well to my knees and OPAQUE tights. In style it's a kind of shirt-waister, rather sixties in design. It covers the rest of me up,ie, no exposure of cleavage/upper arms, which is why I think the shortness might be OK.

Black tights or navy? And which make is best? I'd like them to be very opaque so they're more covering.

THANK YOU!!!

i would say

navy is too school ..
tights are covering anyway.. don't make them too dark!

You think I can get away with it, stuffitall? Thanks. Yeah--know what you mean about navy being school-y!
