I have occasional plantar fascitis which really bloody hurts. I've stopped wearing heels and live in fit flops ballet pumps (£65 a pop and only last 6 months !!) , sandals or Nike trainers. It's my dad's wedding and I've got a baby shower to attend. I want to wear some nice shoes with a heel without hurting my feet even more can anyone recommend some brands and preferably not very very expensive.
