Anyone have a trick for getting the last of double serum out?

It is frustrating me so badly. There is at least a few days worth of oil sitting at the bottom of the bottle, just irritating me even more as I cannot get it out. It won't go up the pump and I cannot open this damn bottle.

I have now tried a knife and a pair of pliers, and short of smashing the bottle, I am not sure how to get the last out...

Anyone succeeded? If so, how please.....

This is why I like tubes. I can just cut them in half and scoop out the remnants.

I've got a tiny tiny scoop/spoon on the end of a long stick I bought just for this purpose from Amazon.

But how do you get into the bottle? The lid is sealed on, it isn't a twist off lid.
