This has been out of stock for months and so I'm looking for an alternative for my super-sensitive eyes!

I found loads of remover really stings my eyes but either Lancome Bi-Facil or Clinique Take the Day off eye makeup remover are both fine and very effective.

Slightly less spendy is the La Roche Posay one but it doesn't remove mascara quite as effectively (for me)

Honestly, plain organic coconut oil. I get mine in a jar and it’s the best make up remover ever!

M&S remover balm , I have one in a green tub. (Formula Cleansing Balm)

I don't wear make up very often though

There’s loads on eBay!

I was about to suggest the lancome one. Even the la roche posay hurts my eyes

I’ve just discovered Take the Day Off and love it. There’s a small pot to try and see if you like it.

I use the bodyshop camomile cleansing butter to remove eye makeup.

Farmacy Green Clean is excellent.

Get one of these: www.w7makeup.co.uk/products/its-magic-makeup-remover-cloth

It works brilliantly, with no irritation. I’d avoided makeup for years because of my sensitive eyes reacting to removers.

FrontRowSeat · 12/09/2022 20:56

Definitely the Boots Botanics eye make up remover. I’ve used it for years.

CornedBeef451 · 12/09/2022 22:11

I just bought some off Amazon, same price as body shop.

LakeFlyPie · 12/09/2022 22:18

I used the Body shop camomile stuff for years, then progressed to some French organic micellar water stuff and now am on some bog standard (possibly l'Oreal) micellar stuff - doesn't cause any eye stinging at all and seems effective at removing mascara.

Karwomannghia · 12/09/2022 22:42

Botanical, Nivea and others all make my eyes dry and peel but the bodyshop cleansing butter is the only thing that works. If you’re talking about the lotion op that doesn’t work for me either and I have a bottle sitting in the shelf!

BlueBloodedBlue · 18/09/2022 19:42

Thank you for all the suggestions but the Body Shop one is finally back in stock 😀
