Depending how extreme the sag is, I'd assume the only thing would be a mastopexy (with or without implants) and apronectomy.

No idea about 'salon' treatments? What have you been reading about?

If its after weight loss, give it 12m you nay see some improvement. After that what you're left with is pretty much it.
You can then consider (in order of both how good and how intrusive the option)
Creams for temporary and very slight effect
LED at home or salon
Thread lift
Surgery
If your peri or post menopause HRT helps a fair bit too.

Thanks @5128gap - surgery isn't on the table, I wouldn't want to risk it for cosmetic reasons only. Do the LED salon treatments work? I would be keen to try them, but only if there was some evidence it worked
