Where have all the skirts gone?

Have you noticed an absence of mid length skirts for AW 22? I could only see mini's or very silky Maxi's, but I'd love to find a knee-length or midi skirt in heavier fabric (tweed or cord) with a slightly edgy cut but drawing a blank on the high street....

There are very few around. I want some pencil skirts and a tube skirt, and they don't seem to exist.

I did buy a lovely satin skirt in Arket recently though, that I've worn a lot.

Hobbs sometimes have the heavy knee length ones - maybe try their outlet.
